Recently, I haven't really been sleeping... I try to sleep, but I just end up lying in bed, bored. I usually sleep for, on average, 5ish hours. So not good. I've tried teas, I've tried warm milk, I've tried herbs, and I've tried sleeping pills. None of them have worked. I don't get to sleep until really late and I have to wake up somewhat early. I am literally in a living (but sleepy) hell.
